A 1/4 beef will be approximately 100 pounds of our all-natural, pasture-raised beef, flash frozen immediately after being cut which allows it to stay fresh for over a year. Price includes processing fees and delivery to Greeneville and Tri-Cities (can deliver for an additional charge of $50 within 60 miles of Greeneville, or we offer standard pick-up dates in Knoxville and Franklin, TN). This takes up about 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
It will be broken down as follows (we reserve the right to substitute a similar cut if something is out of stock. You can substitute anything for additional ground beef, just contact us to let us know):
4 filets
4 ribeyes
4 New York strips
6 sirloin steaks
5 roast (mixture of chuck, sirloin tip, London broil)
1 brisket
2 stir fry
4 beef stew
4 packs cubed steaks
2 packs short ribs
2 packs soup bones
40-50 lb of ground beef (1 lb bricks)
