A 1/8 beef will be approximately 50 pounds of our all-natural, pasture-raised beef, flash frozen immediately after being cut which allows it to stay fresh for over a year. Price includes processing fees and delivery to Greeneville and Tri-Cities (can deliver for an additional charge of $50 within 60 miles of Greeneville, or we offer standard pick-up dates in Knoxville and Franklin, TN).
This takes up about 2-2.5 cubic feet of freezer space and can easily fit in a standard fridge/freezer. It will be broken down as follows (we reserve the right to substitute a similar cut if something is out of stock. You can substitute anything for additional ground beef, just contact us to let us know):
2 filets
2 ribeyes
2 New York strips
3 sirloin steaks
2 roasts (chuck and sirloin tip)
1 lb stir fry
2 lb beef stew
2 packs cubed steaks (4/pack)
1 pack short ribs
1 pack soup bones
20-25 lb of ground beef
