We will be in touch after your purchase to fill out the cut sheet. We will walk you through it and fill it out for you. Beef usually hangs for 2-3 weeks, so after that time period, we will touch base about final invoice and delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: with a whole and half beef share, YOU GET TO CHOOSE YOUR OWN CUTS (for example, bone-in vs. boneless steaks, how many roasts and how big, how much stew meat, cubed steak, stir fry, etc).

Pricing is based on the hanging weight of an individual animal at a USDA-certified and inspected meat processor prior to complete packaging.

Our hanging weights have averaged 650-700 pounds for the whole cow. The price is $4.15/lb for this share, plus processing (usually around $500, depending on your specific selections), so total cost is typically $3200-$3400. The breakdown of the packaged meat is roughly 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts, 1/4 steaks, usually totaling 430-480 lbs.

All Cuts are deep frozen (stays fresh for longer than 12 months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed and labeled.
